The performance analysis consists of evaluating the characteristics that involve the employees’ behavior towards the objectives of each one.

When applied to the company’s staff, the process must be continuous and provide the development of workers in stages, according to the organization’s mission. The application, being individual, can happen on the date that each employee completes new years, for example.

There are several ways to evaluate employees, focusing on results, performance, objectives or simply by daily behavior.

In addition to carrying out the analyzes, it is necessary for the manager to offer feedback on what was analyzed, indicating the positive points and those in which improvements are necessary.

The administration responsible for the performance analysis can also conduct training and development sessions as often as necessary for improvement intervention.
